1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@robomaidz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
3. Refunds
a. Supplier Policy: The returns and refund policy is subjected to the returns and refund policy of the Dropshipping Suppliers (Since RoboMaidz doesn't own or store any of the listed products).
b. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
b. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are:
- Not in their original condition or packaging.
- Returned after the 30-day return window.
c. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellations
a. Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@robomaidz.com immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
b. After Shipment:
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and return shipping costs will apply.

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days:
- Check your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
